The Role:Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a committed, hardworking and team focused candidate to join their team within the Customer Service team. This will be a busy role and you will be required to possess excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
This position will be offered on a fixed term 12 month contract for 25 hours p/w. Flexibility on days/times and ability to work from home 1 day p/w
The Duties:
Some of your duties will include;
- Responding to customer emails and phone enquiries
- Managing customer deliveries and tracking accordingly
- Accurately and efficiently processing orders
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
- Other duties as required
The Required Skills & Experience:
To be successful for this role you must possess;
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Experience with an EDI system as well as SAP
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills
