The Role:
Working within this crucial role you will be responsible for assisting in the scheduling and service of work, providing customer service, and managing the administration processes.
Are you a skilled service technician with a construction background, ready to bring your expertise to an office-based position? 

The Duties:
Some of your actual responsibilities will include; 

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist the Scheduler to schedule service requests for installations, maintenance and repairs
  • Project Management Support: Maintain accurate record of all service jobs, warranty lodging and service.
  • Administrative Support: Administration of emails, lodging warranties, printing orders and general data entry.
  • Communication: Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Problem Solving: Use your field experience to anticipate potential issues and create proactive solutions to enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Construction: Hands-on experience as a service technician, with a strong understanding of construction workflows.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and experience with documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Proven ability to manage and coordinate complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
