The Position:
Due to continued growth and success they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to join their team as an part time Administration Assistant. Working in this small office you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager with AP and AR processes.

This role will be offered on a temporary part time basis (with view to permanent part time) :  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 15 hours per week. School hours flexible.

The Responsibilities:
Some of the actual responsibilities will include;

  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Reconcile supplier invoices and credit card statements
  • Collate and review weekly timesheets to prepare for payroll
  • Digital filing and data entry
  • Other administrative duties as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess…

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work efficiently within a small team
  • Intermediate MYOB and MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail
