Some of your actual responsibilities will include;

Take ownership of customer queries, providing timely updates and resolving any issues

  • Assisting with customer enquiries both phone and email
  • Processing sales orders
  • Processing customer credits / returns
  • Assisting with product information, pricing, and availability
  • General administrative duties
