The Position:
Working as the HR Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes, staff training and development, managing employee and contractor files, implementing policies / procedures and administrative support.

The Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job advertisements and managing the recruitment process
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Maintaining databases (data entry)
  • Tracking and monitoring performance review processes
  • Preparing on-boarding and induction procedures
  • Assisting with staff training and development
  • Assisting with processing orders and supporting the administration team
  • General administration support

The Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Professionalism and team player
