The Position:
Working as the HR Administrator you will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and on-boarding processes, staff training and development, managing employee and contractor files, implementing policies / procedures and administrative support.
The Responsibilities:
- Preparing job advertisements and managing the recruitment process
- Preparing employment contracts
- Maintaining databases (data entry)
- Tracking and monitoring performance review processes
- Preparing on-boarding and induction procedures
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Assisting with processing orders and supporting the administration team
- General administration support
The Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Professionalism and team player
