The Position: Due to recent internal changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and team focused candidate to become a part of their Member Services Team. Working within this small and dedicated team you will be responsible for providing high level service and support to their members and supporting the team with administrative processes.
This role will be offered as
Permanent full-time Flexibility to work from home 2 -3 days p/w
Fixed term contract until end of Dec 2024 The Duties:Some of your actual duties will include;
- Support member professionals with general enquiries
- Respond to members via phone and email correspondence.
- Provide high level support and assistance.
- Maintain regular contact with members.
The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must possess strong proven customer service skills, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving ability. You will also have a strong sense of initiative, exceptional teamwork and be results driven.
