The Role
Due to maternity leave requirement they are seeking a suitably experienced AP/AR officer to become an integral part of the Property and Retail team.
This role will be offered on a 14 -month temporary assignment with full time hours within a hybrid capacity. 2 days WFH and 3 on site, located in Docklands. 

The Duties

• Manage all properties payments for all lease sites
• Ensure property related payments are completed on time
• Charge sub tenants for rent
• Managing recharge costs and on charging
• Bank reconciliation
• Invoice sub tenants
• Ensure customers are set up correctly in the system(s)
• Manage subtenants arrears
• Analysis of tenant charges
• Assist with Ad hoc complex queries, rent reconciliations, special reports when required

  
The Requirements  

• Strong proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional communication skills
• JDE and YARDI knowledge a definite advantage
• Forward thinking mindset and planning approach 
• Adaptive and flexible to change
