The Business:

The Position:
Due to recent changes, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of their team on a short-term basis (4-month contract).  Working in this fast-paced role you will be responsible for supporting the Property Team and stakeholder management.
  
The Responsibilities:
Some of your actual duties will include

• Liaise and proactively update new and existing clientele
• Build new clientele relationships and database records
• Manage effectively the shared inbox
• Consistently updating databases and spreadsheets
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Reviewing leases and documents, ensuring accuracy
• Reconciling invoices and payments
• Other duties as required

The Requirements:
To be successful for this role you must:

• Be available to commence immediately
• Possess strong proven experience in a similar role with strong commercial leasing experience
• Possess excellent organisational skills, coupled with exceptional communication and teamwork
