The Position
Due to their continued growth and success they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become an integral part of the licensing team as a Customer Service Executive.
This exciting opportunity is offering career progression within an busy, fast paced and collaborative team giving advice on courses and training methods that best suits their clients.

This position will be offered on a temporary capacity for 8 weeks, commencing immediately, with a view for permanency within the role!

The Duties
Some of your actual responsibilities will include;

• Complete data entry to record call notes, suggestions and questions.
• Assist large volume of customers every day with positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction with their licensing enquiries 
• Provide customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing and resolving their inquiries and concerns- gaining their licenses / renewing
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support channels.
• Assist with general enquiries
• Assist with course offerings, enrollment procedures, payment options, and other training-related matters.
• Maintaining spreadsheets and databases
• Administration support
• Other duties as required
