The Position:
Due to internal changes we are seeking a suitably experienced and committed candidate join their team on an initial 2 month basis. This is a generalist position eccompassing all aspects of HR.
***Must have WWC & Police Check.***
The Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, it is imperative that you possesses the ability to manage all aspects of HR as you will be working in this stand alone position.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition program.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies.
- Work with managers regarding performance management
- Manage all IR/ER processes
- Support the business training and development initiatives
- Assist in project based work
- Other duties as required.
The Requirements:
To be successful in this position you must possess:
- Strong proven experience in a similar role
- Hold a current Police Check and WWC
- Strong experience across all aspects of HR
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Employment Hero (a definite advantage)
