The Role:
Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced and self-motivated candidate to join one of their successful project teams as an office coordinator.  Working within this fast paced and dynamic environment you will need to possess excellent organisational and time management skills
  

The Duties:

  • Processing invoices, issuing and reconciling petty cash
  • Ensuring new staff are set up correctly at the site
  • Providing administrative support to the construction team
  • Data entry of timesheets
  • Managing all incoming calls
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Preparing reports and correspondence
  • Managing site facilities
  • Other duties as required

The Requirements:

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate MS Office experience
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • MUST have permanent work rights in Australia
