The Role
They are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated and committed candidate to become an integral part of their business.
Working as an Office Manager within this dynamic and dedicated team you will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a 10 week contract role based in Melbourne.  Full time hours on site with IMMEDIATE START 

The Responsibilities 

  • Support the sales team with creating marketing materials, organizing demo equipment, and customer follow-ups.
  • Process quotes, purchase orders, and invoices using XERO – MUST 
  • Track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders
  • Update supplier brochures and manage specific products, including sales and license updates
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team 

The Requirements
To be successful for this role you must possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Xero, Microsoft Office
  • Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Capable of working independently while following instructions
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing a heavy workload
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to teamwork
