The Position:
Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced candidate to become part of their team.  Working as the Sales Administrator you will be essentially responsible for managing the customer journey from sales to handover, ensuring success throughout the process.
  
The Responsibilities:
Some of your actual duties will include.

  • Ensure all internal parties are kept informed of progress
  • Review building contracts
  • Maintain customer files and records
  • Support customers with general enquiries
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and forecasting
  • Assist with marketing campaigns
  • Support the wider team with general administration tasks

  
The Requirements:
To be successful for this role it is imperative that you possess.  

  • Strong proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving and organisational skills
  • The ability to work in fast paced environments with strict deadlines
  • Exceptional teamwork and a strong sense of initiative
